Services Provided
Velasco Services LLC provides accounting, bookkeeping, and payroll services to businesses in the Northwest region. Our services include but are not limited to: financial record keeping, payroll processing, tax preparation assistance, and business compliance consulting.
Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for us to perform our services. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials or access information provided to you in connection with our services.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payments may be subject to interest charges and may result in suspension of services.
Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and financial data. We will not disclose your information to third parties except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velasco Services LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you remain responsible for all fees and charges incurred prior to the termination date.
SMS Communications
We may send SMS messages for appointment reminders, service updates, document requests, payment reminders, and account-related notifications. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message & Data Rate Disclosure
If you opt in to SMS, you may incur standard message and data charges from your wireless carrier. Velasco Services LLC does not charge for sending messages, but your carrier's rates apply. Consult your carrier for your plan details.
Carrier Liability Disclaimer
We are not responsible for messages delayed, failed, or not delivered due to carrier or network issues. Your wireless carrier's privacy policy and terms apply to your use of their network. We do not guarantee delivery of any SMS.
Age Restriction
Our services are intended for users who are at least 18 years of age. By using our services or opting in to SMS, you represent that you are at least 18. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
SMS Opt-Out
To stop receiving SMS messages, reply STOP to any message from us or text STOP to our short code (if applicable). You may also opt out by emailing info@velascoservice.com or calling +1 360-404-7589. You will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for assistance.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
